4' Dual Quartz Heater for Slotformers

Our dual element quartz heaters are available in several lengths and are a direct replacement for the quartz heater on our Slotformer®.  The elements are hand wound with Nicrome wire and are braised at the ends for long life and durability.  They are engineered to bring HPL up to optimum forming temperature in approximately 30-40 seconds.  We manufacture 4-foot, 6-foot and 12-foot Quartz Heaters.
